A lifetime .277 hitter who has now switched teams 9 times in a 10-year career, versus a 14-time Grammy winner with three #1 albums, and one #2 album on the Billboard charts.

Where to begin...

A guy that no one really wants to sign to any long-term deal due to his apparent volatility and poor clubhouse track record, versus an artist who just about any and every record executive on the planet would give up his first-born to sign to a long-term deal.

Where to begin...

People don't trust you because of the picture above and because you tore your MCL while trying to get even with an umpire that told you to 'fuck off', versus a guy that people do trust because he is such a talent, regardless of the dumb things that come out of his mouth every 2-3 months.

Where to begin...

People demonize you because you are the least stable person in professional athletics.  Sure, TO is a child and Gilbert Arenas is a fool, but no one is really fearful of these men.  We understand that, well, they're just idiots.  You, on the other hand, might at any moment go after an umpire, broadcaster, or fan at the drop a hat... Versus, some young fool that thinks he knows what he's talking about, but generally doesn't, and was obviously held way too much as a child leading him to seek attention at all points even when it's not his turn to stand in the spotlight.

I think we can begin right there.  Kanye isn't a villain to us, Milton Bradley, he's just a clown. He entertains us, whether he's making hit records, or just being a dumbass.  We are entertained either way. You rarely entertain us, at least in the harmless sort of way that Kanye generally does.  We never know what Kanye is going to say next.  With you, we never know what you're going to do next.

So essentially it comes down to a muzzle versus a straitjacket.  Can you guess which one you'd get if we had to choose?  You're less a villain, and more of a psychopath.
